Iter Global Consulting provides business consulting, market-entry planning, administrative coordination, document organization, translation, and cross-border operational support. It is not a U.S. law firm and does not provide U.S. legal, immigration, tax, or accounting advice or representation.
Professional Status and Legal Services
Thiago Barbara is licensed as an advogado in Brazil and is not licensed as an attorney in the United States. Website information is general education only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Visa selection, eligibility analysis, form selection, petition preparation, legal advice, and government representation must be handled by an independent authorized U.S. professional.
Independent Professionals
Attorneys, accredited representatives, accountants, tax professionals, registered agents, and other providers are independent of Iter unless expressly stated otherwise. Their services require separate approval and may require a separate engagement and fees.
Limitation of Liability
Business consulting does not guarantee a commercial, regulatory, immigration, tax, or other outcome. Government and third-party decisions remain outside Iter's control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant engagement agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, review all documents, make their own business decisions, and obtain independent legal, immigration, tax, and accounting advice when appropriate. Do not send original or highly sensitive immigration documents through the website contact form.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
